The mudroom closet was lacking the organization needed for this family of five so we replaced it with cubbies and a bench seat and added more kitchen cabinetry on the other side. The master bath now has a luxury bath and shower experience. On the exterior, a small deck and patio were replaced with a deck that allows for dining and a seating area and the enlarged patio has a fire pit.
